Forest Edge Motel - Ticehurst

It was practical and had a multi-channel television, a dining area and a seating area. Location: the hotel was close to Ticehurst, Bewl Water and the coast.

Some people working there were kind of rude.

The setting of hotel was perfect and quiet, to Hastings beachfront which is lovely. And we were close to a nice friendly pub.

The room featured all essential amenities, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. The quiet surroundings created a conducive atmosphere for working, and parking was readily available.

The sloping ceiling in the bedroom was somewhat challenging.

I found the log cabin at Forest Edge Motel to be wonderfully cozy and cute. It was impeccably clean and well-equipped, with thoughtful breakfast items provided. The setting was tranquil.

A bit warmer than I prefer at night.

Cleanliness could use a boost!!! Some wear and tear on furnishings suggests a need for regular maintenance checks!!! The lack of basic hygiene in kitchens was a disappointment!!!

The cooking facilities were a huge bonus. We felt right at home, especially with the clean beds and thoughtful welcome amenities. Truly a relaxing spot!

The room was really well-furnished, and the kids loved the outdoor space. So nice to have kitchen stuff like pans and cutlery in the room. Clean bathrooms and lots of parking. Plus, breakfast in the room was a hit! Just wish the WiFi was stronger.

The spacious family room was a perfect fit for us, we had room to relax. Breakfast options, particularly the variety of cereals, were a good surprise for the kids. Clean facilities added to the comfort of our stay, and the host was helpful when I contacted her. A few small maintenance issues needed addressing, and the location near the main road could be noisy at times. Parking was somewhat limited, which might affect larger families.

I enjoyed my stay in a cozy single-story log cabin where I loved the included breakfast options and the comfortable atmosphere. There were plenty of spots to relax, like the outdoor seating area and the fire pit that made for a chill evening. The only thing I'd note is that the mattress was a bit softer than I prefer, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. 😊
